Time flies, looking back on the upcoming 2018, a number of events have adversely affected China's economy. All walks of life have also realized that in the next three to five years, the macro-economy will be in the L-type vulnerable zone. In such an economic context, what direction should enterprises go? Especially, the group has been transformed into an industrial enterprise group, holding more than ten entities in different industries, employing nearly 2000 people and total assets of nearly 10 billion yuan. How to answer this question, whether I am myself or senior managers at all levels, should feel a great responsibility. The answer I give is eight words: integrity, innovation and energy.

 

"Keeping the right" means that we have a long-term persistent and sustainable belief in the cause we choose. There are various temptations of "fast money" in the economic field. The Group firmly chooses manufacturing industry as the foundation of our cause and is committed to building the Group into a century-old enterprise with Evergreen Foundation in the manufacturing field. The group should focus on this goal, not only with a long-term view, but also with a pragmatic present, with a long-term view, based on the development goals of five or even ten years, and constantly consolidate the foundation, firmly and steadily strike, intensive cultivation and meticulous cultivation, in order to achieve some results.

 

"Innovation" concerns the survival of enterprises in the future. Enterprises that can not innovate can not survive in the fiercer market competition in the future. In 2018, the Group has created a good situation in innovation. Academician Jiang Zhuangde's workstation has been set up, and the preparatory work of the Group Research Institute has been started. Next, the Group Research Institute will build a number of high-end innovation platforms, landing in a number of research institutes, design institutes. Each industry sector should make good use of and enrich the platform set up by the group, actively cooperate with the big cafes in the academic circles, introduce scientific research results, combine the needs of operation, transform into products that can be pushed to the market as soon as possible, and realize sustainable development by innovation.

 

"Strength" means that enterprises forge their core competence in order to cope with competition and achieve development. It should be clearly seen that there are still many areas to be improved in the daily operation and management of various industry sectors of the Group, and some capabilities need to be improved urgently. With the growth of the Group's international trade business, all production and operation work should take the initiative to improve itself and gain a bigger stage in the international market. The group will further strengthen the "cash flow" management, implement the "full cost" accounting, and urge companies to improve the quality of operation. At the same time, companies can actively use group collaborative resources, strengthen exchanges with each other, learn from each other's good practices, and make progress together.

 

"Enabling" is a mechanism to fully stimulate our team's talent and vitality, so that those who have achievements, willing to take on, responsible, talented, willing to long-term development with the group colleagues have a greater stage, better returns. In 2019, the Group will continue the management mechanism of "full decentralization, effective supervision and sunshine incentive", expand the pilot "strategic partners" and "entrepreneurial partners" mechanism, adhere to the incentive principle of "regardless of hierarchy, only focus on contribution" and optimize performance appraisal methods, strengthen training, absorb and supplement new people, strengthen the integration of corporate culture and values, and create a new enterprise for the development of the Group. A team capable of fighting well.
